DIRECTOR

Justin has a passion for customer service and ensuring customer needs are understood. In consultation with PFS Global's unique account management system, Justin ensures that each customer has one point of contact every step of the way. Customers are also able to utilise PFS Global complementary purpose built job system which allows every customer direct contact with their account manager 24/7. Justin ensures customers shipments are executed with ease and that every customer is "in the know" every step of the way!

Rebecca Young

FOUNDER

Rebecca has over 20 years experience in international shipping. Utilising this experience and understanding that not all cargo can be treated in the same way, Rebecca founded PFS Global with the aim to create customised solutions saving time and money for her customers. Rebecca's experience inspired her to create a company focused on a high level of communication. PFS Global actively seeks to understand its customers needs at the start of every transaction and delivers in line with these expectations.

Kim Madden

BUSINESS MANAGER

Kim is our back office champion supporting our operational team to ensure invoices are issued within 5 days of shipment arrival and vendors are paid in a timely manner. This support ensures final delivery is executed without any delay and that our customers receive all commercial documents for their records on the completion of every shipment.

ACCOUNT MANAGER / OPERATIONS

Stef brings with her numerous years of experience across the Wholesale Distribution, Customer Service and International Freight Forwarding industries. Stef is an operational super star who will work hard behind the scenes to ensure your shipments are executed smoothly from start to finish.

Liz provides invaluable support to our founder, Rebecca. With her exceptional organisational abilities and unwavering commitment, Liz ensures that Rebecca's busy schedule runs seamlessly, allowing her to focus on driving the company's vision forward with confidence.

John Griffith

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

PFS Global have approx 500sqm of warehouse space at their Brisbane headquarters. Allowing their import and export customers to be able to store and distribute shipments. John facilitates all cargo in and out of the warehouse, he also packs and unpacks shipping containers for direct distribution out or to put into store for picking and packing.
