I have been working with Justin and the team at Personalised Freight Solutions Global on a regular basis for about 18months now. Owning a supply business in a demanding market has challenges in itself and we had always struggled with our previous freight providers in creating urgency, It was as if we were not big enough for them or that we just weren’t important. Freight then became a commodity to our business in which we were focussed on going with the cheapest option until we were introduced to the team at PFS Global. Almost immediately our freight forwarding process was seamless, we are provided with a quote and the next thing we know, the goods have arrived on time meaning we can put that effort and focus in to growing and improving the rest of our business.

I have had dealings with PFS Global for over 6 months now. Upon recently joining Tega Industries Australia, with very limited importing knowledge, I have found them to be a great asset to my day to day workings within the business. They have been more than happy to assist me with any queries I have, especially being based in WA with a number of imports in the Eastern States.
